Manners for Pre-teens and Teens Workshop
No one is born with good manners but in an ever-changing world, good manners should be second nature to everyone. The Centre for Practical Etiquette and Arts (CPEA) will be conducting a workshop on manners for Pre-teens (children ages 7 to 12 years old) on August 6 and 7, and another one for Teens on September 3 and 4.
Based on the principle that children who are fortified with social graces are considerate of others, more self-assured and able to cope in a variety of social settings, the workshop teaches children and teens that manners are more than about choosing the right fork. Manners are practical, sensible and believe it or not, they can and should be fun.
Headed by the etiquette expert, Ms. Rita Neri of the Wedding Store, the Centre for Practical Etiquette and Arts shall be conducting a series of workshops on Lifestyle and Business basics on a year-long basis.
