Do lots of research and ask as many suppliers and brides as you can for advice. The internet is a very good start since you'll have so many information in your hands. Our Metro Manila rates are:
Wedding rites only or reception only: 10T to 12T (quartet)
Wedding rites and reception: 12T to 15T (quartet)

Basically, our quartet is either:
1. flute, violin, cello or bass, and piano
2. two violins, cello or bass, and piano
These setups of musicians are for both church rites and reception. The figures I’ve quoted is the minimum range of fees depending on the location of the affair within Metro Manila. For example, if it is in Manila, Makati or Quezon City, 10T would just be the asking. But , if it is in areas like Alabang or Valenzuela then it would be 12T.
Singers (male or female) are also available for an additional fee of 3T per musician.
Sound system is 5T - 7T depending on how big is the area of the venue. A bigger ensemble would also be available at your preference.

Just add 2,500 per musician for reception or rites only. And 3T for rites and reception. For PA System: Microphones for the musicians and emcee(s), speakers, CD or DVD player(upon request), amplifiers and equalizers. I can refer you to reliable and competent coordinators.
