W@W bags a Webbie!

The W@W Community has spoken! Our website has won the 2004 People's Choice Award for the Home & Living category of the 7th Philippine Web Awards. Awarding was held last night (Nov. 23) at OnStage in Greenbelt Mall, Makati. We share this award to all those who voted for our site online and via SMS.

Farewell, Mike....

Our friend and collegue, Mike Llorin (of Tri-Color Studio) passed away last Saturday (November 13, 2004) in a tragic accident along Congressional Ave., QC. His body lies in state at the Marian Funeral Chapels at Marcos Highway in Marikina. Interment will be on November 18 (Thursday) in the afternoon. The W@W community send its condolences to the Llorin family.

Kat Santiano, a Multi-media Arts student from the College of Saint Benilde, made W@W her case study for her E-Commerce class. She has uploaded her project online and only then did we realized how college 'papers' have gone so high-tech! Kat has made some candid observations about our site's previous look and we thought we'd share it with you. =)
