Customer Service Training for Wedding Suppliers

Visions & Ideas spearheads the 2nd run of the Customer Service Training Program exclusively for Wedding Suppliers and their staff. The training covers handling of difficult customers, basic telephone etiquette, proper marketing in bridal fairs and a whole lot of other relevant topics. The 2005-2006 edition of the Bride's Yellow Pages is finally having its run on the press. The past couple of weeks have been a hell with missing files on our computer that caused us to be two weeks behind our original sched. With barely a month to go, we are still eyeing for it's launch and FREE distribution at the Wedding Expo in NBC Tent this Sept. 3 & 4. Will we make it? We're holding our breath. =)
