Chinese actor/singer, Nicholas Tse, has recently admitted in an interview he married actress, Cecilia Cheung, in the Philippines. Rumors about their private wedding started to circulate in late September. Both actors starred in the Warner Brother’s movie, The Promise.
Nicolas said his Filipina maid, an IT doctorate, took two months planning his luxury surprise wedding set in the Palawan sunset last Sept. 18. He proposed on that same day and he said the shock stunned her for a good eight seconds before finally nodding yes! He said he booked half the island for nine days for the trip. They had 10 guests, including his Filipina maid and several award-winning lensmen on hand to document the occasion.
We are assuming that the event’s location was Amanpulo since the report stated that the island resort has hosted celebrities like Mariah Carey and that it is accessible only by private plane. [source]
