Be it in a century-old church, amidst a lush garden, or along a white sand beach, the Philippines offer a wedding like no other.

Not so long ago, Destination Weddings were unheard of. Only the honeymoon involved some sort of long distance planning. But with the wealth of resources available in the internet, plus the more affordable airfares, and the assistance of credible wedding suppliers around the country, everything’s a cheesecake!

Fact is, with the level of artistry & value for money, it is not uncommon nowadays for Filipino wedding suppliers (particularly the photographers) to be flown out of the country to just cover weddings and engagement sessions. While more and more Overseas Filipino Workers come home to celebrate and experience their own traditional Pinoy kasalan.

Featured in the succeeding pages are images from various parts in the country as submitted to us by twelve talented wedding photographers. This year’s collection includes shots from locations as far as Ilocos in the north, to Zamboanga in the south. Erron Ocampo, our featured photogrpher for the month of October, also did the freehand illustrations of the iconic landmarks representing each of the featured destinations.

These are just a dozen choices. We have more than 7,100 islands to choose from. So take your pick.

MABUHAY!
